Houses of Worship
Barco projectors are designed and manufactured to expertly display ultra-bright live camera, video sources and computer graphics. The display of hymn text, announcements and live telecasts enhances communication and provides a more meaningful worship service.
High brightness needed!
The SLM
Series offers a light output of up to 12,000 ANSI
lumens. When even higher brightness is required, projectors
can be stacked, thanks to SLM's unique interlocking
features. For applications that require up to 20,000
ANSI lumens, the FLM
Series is the projector of choice. Even more light output (up to 30,000
ANSI lumens) can be delivered by the XLM HD30 projector.
Excellent video images
The DLP technology guarantees high-quality video
images, and Barco's patented Pixel Map Processor ensures
razor sharp pictures.
Show multiple sources simultaneously
The picture-in-picture functionality is ideal for large
screen applications: a typical presentation can be shown
alongside a video capture of the worship leader. The SLM
series allows you to show two sources at one time,
in whatever combination: video-in-video, data-in-video
and data-in-data.
Flexible set-up and maintenance
An innovative modular structure makes on-the-spot maintenance
a snap. A wide range of lenses and extreme lens-shift
capabilities enable easy front or rear installation.
Connects to virtually any source
The SLM and FLM
Series allow you to display images from a wide range
of signals, including analogue data to digital video,
from the latest HDTV sources to all of today's popular
RGB computer formats. A DVI connection
is available on both projector series.
The SLM and FLM Series are also ideal for multiple projector applications
Churches are often equipped with multiple screens to
be able to display several different images simultaneously,
such as the minister, the lyrics of songs and the choir.
The SLM and FLM
Seriesguarantee uniform brightness when projecting
on multiple screens. Barco's patented software "Scenergix"
enables seamless combination of screen images displayed
by multiple projectors, which is ideal for panoramic
views
and it also multiplies the display resolution!
