Tele-Care Contract

The Tele-Care Contract is ideal for you, who requires telephone or e-mail support, along with a guaranteed response time regarding necessary on-site intervention. You can contact your support team 24/7. The support is provided by experienced engineers, and covers all hardware and software related issues. When an on-site intervention is required, a Barco certified technician will be on-site within a guaranteed time frame as specified in the contract.

The Tele-Care Contract can be supplemented with a broad range of additional services at special conditions. These services will further enhance the profitability of your investment, and can be added to the contract anytime. Migration to other service programs is possible anytime. This enables you to adapt the contract flexibly according to changing requirements or budgets.
