The Museum’s expanded and redesigned museum features virtual presentations created by world-renowned artists, which are digitally projected in 3D/HD using Barco’s RLM-W6 and RLM-W8 projectors, to immerse visitors into imaginary worlds created using a blend of art, culture and technology. The inaugural exhibition, “Real Virtuality” features a work by the Flemish collective Workspace Unlimited, titled “Realtime Unreal,” and showcasing simulated worlds that extend, augment or disrupt the physical environment of the Museum. The RLM series projectors are ideal because of their ultra-high resolution, saturated color rendition and image clarity, which enable them to portray present fine-grained imagery with astonishing realism.
