Barco launched two compact smart displays for vehicle command & control applications. The displays combine a low-reflection, rugged touch screen with the latest graphics and computing power of Barco's DPM computer.
Compact footprint
The two new displays come with a 10-inch screen and XGA resolution (SV-126) or a 12-inch panel with WXGA resolution (SV-231). The SV displays are ideal for on-the-move operations in space-constrained areas of the utility vehicle or ground army vehicle.
Rugged and configurable
“The new SV range can be easily connected with state-of-the-art vehicle architectures such as VICTORY and GVA (Defense Standard 23-09). It combines the latest proven optical technologies - such as a rugged, low-reflection touch screen - with the latest generation of processors and vehicle interfaces, assuring full reliability and compatibility,” says Peter Pauwels, Barco’s Director Strategic Marketing for Defense. “The 12-inch model offers additional high-end features such as widescreen technology and full sunlight readability.”
