Barco and projectiondesign shared two booths showcasing their broad portfolio of visualization solutions: from compact and robust to high-lumen, high-contrast projectors, including Barco’s new system solution - the SEER1 single channel dome for small environments. In the dedicated Night Vision pavilion, each company exhibited its dedicated Night Vision Goggle stimulated projector, creating great interest from the participants at the show.
Underpinning the philosophy of sharing knowledge in the industry and explaining the performance/strong points of the products and where they are best suited, Øyvind Svensen, projectiondesign’s optics designer, presented his paper on the topic: “Solid State LED illumination for projection systems”.
… and sharing food and drinks
As always, Barco and projectiondesign did not fail to put on a fantastic hospitality event. This year there were delicacies from both companies’ respective countries: Belgium and Norway. On the menu were Belgian beer, fresh Norwegian salmon and Aquavit – all very much welcomed and enjoyed by the participants.
