Barco launches large high-definition LCD displays at IBC 2005
Amsterdam, The Netherlands - IBC 2005 will see Barco further extending its range of display solutions with the new 42” and 47” LCD displays featuring full high-definition resolution. The state-of-the-art LCD displays deliver crisp clear images detailed to perfection, enabling you to achieve a new level in visual performance. This demonstrates Barco’s continuing development of innovative products for broadcast applications. These products will be shown from 9-13 September, 2005 at the International Broadcasting Conference (IBC) trade show and conference in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on booth nr 1.149.
With their slim design, superior image quality and extended functionality, the LC-42 and LC-47 are the displays of choice for use in a range of markets, including control rooms, broadcasting, corporate headquarters and sporting venues. In retail and entertainment environments, they are ideally suited as digital signage mediums to enable you to display your message to the right audience, at the right time, at the right place.
Compatible with a wide variety of signal sources, Barco’s large LCD displays are capable of showing analog and digital video as well as data content - in sequence or picture in picture, bringing you the ideal medium to display your content for your application of choice.
With their ultra-high native resolution (1920 x 1080), the new Barco LC-42 and LC-47 LCD displays go beyond the limitation of WXGA and other low-resolution displays. The ultra-high resolution enables much more data to be shown on one single panel. Nothing but a full-HD display can do justice to the HD digital content that is becoming mainstream, providing the best possible reproduction, bright and crisp images.
