Jo Cornu resigns as independent director of Barco following his appointment as CEO of Agfa-Gevaert
KORTRIJK, BELGLIUM, 30 November 2007 - Barco announces the resignation of Jo Cornu as independent director of Barco. In this way any conflict of interest can be avoided following his appointment as CEO of Agfa-Gevaert.
