Stephan Paridaen, President of the Media & Entertainment Division, to leave Barco
Kortrijk, 9 December 2008. Today Barco announces that the company and Mr Stephan Paridaen will end the employment agreement between the two parties as of 1 January 2009. Mr Paridaen guarantees a smooth transition of the management of his division to his successor, who will be announced in due time.
Stephan Paridaen joined Barco in 1993 and held several managerial positions in Eastern Europe and Asia. He took up his current position as President of the Media & Entertainment division in 2000 and succeeded in bringing the three activities of his division to leading market positions.
Barco thanks Stephan Paridaen for his valuable contribution to the growth of the company and wishes him the very best in his future career.
