82nd Academy Awards

At the 2010 Academy Awards® telecast, 412 Barco ILite 6 BK LED tiles and three Barco FLM HD20 projectors were used in the stage design. This year's design called for three large rotating semi-cylindrical walls positioned above stage left, right, and center. The concave (as seen by the audience) sides of each wall were fitted with the ILite 6 BK tiles, which displayed HD video feeds from cameras and digital playback sources. When rotated toward the audience, the convex side of the center wall became a screen, upon which three overlapped FLM HD20s projected high definition clips.
