Seattle's Sky Church at "Experience Music Project"

To provide a dramatic video display for its live music shows and entertainment acts in its Sky Church event venue, Experience Music Project (EMP) installed the C7, a curved, 60' x 33,' 7mm indoor LED display which spans the width of the innovative special event venue. The new display was unveiled at the recent debut of “Nirvana: Taking Punk to the Masses” exhibition, in which it showcased a candid retrospective of the grunge luminaries' musical history.

Sky Church will showcase a wide variety of media, including concert footage, short films, live feeds of museum events and programs, as well as video support for private events, live concerts and film screenings. With its epic size and placement in the museum, EMP's Sky Church serves as a centerpiece, and is one of the most awe-inspiring locations in the building. The new screen is designed to enhance visitors' musical and visual experiences, stimulate feelings of energy, excitement and wonder, and encourage them to enjoy and experience it for a longer period of time.

EMP is a non-profit organization dedicated to the exploration of creativity and innovation in music, science fiction and popular culture. EMP combines interpretative, interactive exhibitions with state-of-the-art technologies, and educational programming to offer visitors of all ages a first-hand, multi-dimensional experience of the creative and artistic process.
