Barco installs top-notch, ergonomic, centralized control room at Gassco
97 billion cubic meters: that's the daunting volume of natural gas that Gassco transports from the Norwegian continental shelf to its receiving terminals in Continental Europe and the UK each year.
Since 2008, operators at the Zeebrugge control center have been monitoring the gas transport to Belgium and France on a user-friendly Barco video wall system which is managed by Barco's networked CMS software. More than designing and installing the wall, Barco took care of the entire control room refurbishment project. The result exceeded everyone's expectations.
