With its broad network of facilities serving diverse populations, Bon Secours Health System (BSHSI) has risen to the challenge by investing wisely in the latest medical imaging technologies from Barco, including high-resolution diagnostic, mammography and clinical review displays as well as quality assurance software.

Serving more than 20 sites spread across seven states – including 18 acute-care hospitals and five nursing care facilities – it was imperative for BSHSI to centralize the management of its medical imaging displays. Overseeing 100+ displays, BSHSI relies on Barco's MediCal QAWeb to securely manage its health system's medical imaging displays remotely while ensuring consistent image quality and continuous, flawless operation. MediCal QAWeb also met one of BSHSI's objectives of obtaining data from individual displays, allowing them to help forecast end-of-life which aids in budgeting/procurement planning.

Bon Secours Health System's philosophy is to provide holistic care to meet the total needs – body, mind and spirit – of persons served throughout the continuum of care.
