Barco’s range of new business projectors is finding its way to customers around the world. In the city of Tilburg, the Netherlands, we found enthusiastic users of the 4,750 lumen PFWX-51B at local library Heyhoef.
Great looks + quality
“We use projectors for trainings, staff meetings or meetings by third parties,” explains facility manager Bart Lauwaars. “When one of our existing projectors urgently needed replacement, earlier this year, I carefully scoured the market for the best buy. Barco’s new projector range struck me at the booth of AED Distribution, at the CUE 2014 trade show in Rotterdam. I immediately fell in love with its great looks. As I had known Barco for many years, I was confident that behind those looks was a high-quality product too.”
Adding value for rentals
Won over by the Barco projector, Lauwaars got in touch with Bazelmans AVR, its trusted expert in audiovisual solutions, which sold the Barco product. It was then mounted on the ceiling in the multipurpose meeting room. Lauwaars: “We’re really satisfied. I have heard nothing but positive feedback on the projector’s image quality and light output. The investment was definitely a smart one as it adds value to the meeting room, making it more attractive for rentals by third parties.”
More Barco in the pipe
The Heyhoef library is part of the ‘Bibliotheek Midden-Brabant’ group, which consists of 15 libraries in total. As the facility manager of the entire group, Lauwaars has invited the local managers to come and see the PFWX-51B at work. “Many of them really need new projectors and I will definitely recommend this powerful and great-looking Barco range,” he concluded.
