The RFD 251S is Barco’s Rugged Flat Display specifically engineered for use in naval vessel environments. The unit meets the most demanding, temperature, vibration, and shock standards, including MIL-S-901D for Grade A, Class 1 equipment.
The RFD 251S features a 20” MIL-tailored rugged flat display with a front bonded optical stack for improved optical performance and superior ruggedization. The RFD 251S is direct 19” rack mountable, has a shop-replaceable backlight tray and can be remotely controlled via a serial link. The Automatic Phase Adjust (APA) function locks the sampling clock to drifting graphics generator clocks. Furthermore, the RFD 251S can be equipped with Barco's unique patented LCD Flicker Compensation solution (LFC).
