BARCO and XL Video proudly introduce a major breakthrough in worldwide tennis! From August 27 to September 9, 2001 the Central Court of the US Open Tennis Championships in Flushing Meadows, NY will feature two large daylight displays. XL Video has provided two 12 by 6.5 meter (40 by 21 feet) BARCO DLite 10 daylight displays for the event. These displays will offer all tennis fanatics a front row “seat” on the Central Court by showing scores and dynamic replays from some of the game’s most impressive players, including Kuerten, Agassi, Hewitt, Hingis, Capriati, Davenport, Williams and both Belgian players Clijsters and Henin, to name a few.
