Case study
A new scoreboard system was one of a number of upgrades being made to Taylor Field by the Saskatchewan Roughriders for the start of the 2005 Canadian Football League (CFL) season. The goal was to provide an enhanced game-day experience for the fans and a promotional vehicle for the team's sponsors. Barco was chosen for this turnkey sports application based on a solid reputation for excellent image quality and exterior grade technology.
The new scoreboard display consists of a 36ft x 20ft SLite 14 LED Video display (108 tiles), a 36ft x 10ft Fixed Digit LED Scoreboard and associated advertising and identification panels.
