Express Repair
In diagnostic reading environments, downtime has to be reduced to an absolute minimum. To assure that your medical displays are up and running again as soon as possible, Barco offers an Express Repair service. Customers who opt for this service are promised a premium priority repair within five working days.
Express Loaner Unit
To further reduce downtime, Barco offers loaner displays or swap display controllers in case of a technical failure. Various delivery options, including express door-to-door delivery of the loaner unit, can be arranged.
Extended Warranty
To ensure long-term confidence, the standard warranty of Barco's display controllers and display solutions can be extended*. This Extended Warranty option covers the complete repair and includes shipment of the repaired unit to your premises.
Extended Warranty Plus
For additional assurance, the standard warranty period can be completed with the 'Plus' package*. The Extended Warranty Plus program includes standard express display repair and instant availability of a loaner display or swap display controller.
MediCal QAWeb
For complete peace of mind, Barco presents its customers with MediCal QAWeb: an all-inclusive, online system that heralds a new approach to service and support. MediCal QAWeb offers a full array of software as well as hardware services for diagnostic displays.
