Barco’s customer service portal: guidelines

This portal can be accessed for:

  • Technical questions
  • Return Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Status tracking of pending service requests

To get first time access to this service portal, please note that you need a different login, as this service is temporarily hosted by a third party website. We apologize for this inconvenience.

To apply for a new password, please click here.

After you received your temporary password for first login, you can enter a password of your choice, which can be the same one you use to access my.barco.com.

When entering the wrong username or password, a third party screen will pop up where you will be asked to re-enter the correct username and password.
