Short Description

The ClickShare client crashes and gives a message that it is not possible to write to the ClickShare drive.

Answer

If you have a Lenovo laptop, please upgrade your Base Unit to the latest firmware to fix this issue, (firmware 01.2.01.0008, May 2013 or higher).  If you do not have a Lenovo laptop, please contact your dealer or the Barco service desk.
