ClickShare is compatible with Mac OSX 10.6/10.7/10.8/10.9/10.10. If ClickShare doesn't start on your Mac, it could be related to your language settings. To resolve this, add a new language or open the language window to initialize languages.
This could be related to language settings on your Mac. Add a new language or open the language window to initialize languages. This will update the language configuration file, which allows the ClickShare client to detect your language and to start the next time you try.
Afterwards you can always remove the language, ClickShare will keep on working.
