Short Description

A ClickShare Base Unit firmware upgrade will fail if the memory is full. When this happens a warning is given, e.g. Unknown: write failed: No Space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0 Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session save path is correct () in line 0 If this occurs reboot the Base Unit and try again.

Answer

When the ClickShare memory is full, the web interface will provide a warning, e.g.

Unknown: write failed: No Space left on device (28) in Unknown on line 0
Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session save path is correct () in line 0

The solution to this is to reboot the Base Unit and try again
