The Barco Vector® product line has been designed for observation and visualization on board armored vehicles. It comprises rugged LCD panels, control modules and HMI software.
Barco's 10" vetronics display system combines a Video Control Module (VCM) with one or more Panel Modules (PM). These modules, in a lightweight composite using, can be installed either separately or mounted together in case there is not enough space available in the vehicle cockpit. The modules are connected by means of a single cable, the VectorLink, and can be installed up to 5 meter from each other. The Barco Vector® display system combines video camera input with standard text On-Screen Display, as well as graphics overlay created by a powerful Symbol Generator.
