Case study
The Locarno Film Festival takes place every year in August. For this year's edition, Barco was chosen again as exclusive digital cinema projector supplier. In total Barco provided two DP-3000 and three DP-2000 DLP cinema projectors. Highlights of the festival were the open-air screenings every night in the historic Piazza Grande. The unique open-air cinema with room for 8,000 spectators featured an impressive 26 meter screen and Barco's ultra-bright DP-3000 for the ultimate viewing experience.
