The I-SUP2010 conference took place from 18 to 21 April in Bruges. Due to an ash cloud, European airports were closed and several speakers were not able to attend the event.
Auvipartners, who was responsible for all audiovisual support, provided a technical solution for people who could not attend. Via videoconference over IP, all remote guest speakers were projected onto the big screen during the conference. A combination of various Barco event projectors and image processing contributed to the succes of the conference.
For the opening event, Auvipartners used two FLM HD20 projectors to project animated images and presentation slides onto the 15 by 4.50 meter panoramic screen.
