Barco’s network centric VR Workroom displays offers unique capabilities for simultaneous visualization of multiple information windows on one large canvas. Windows with mono or stereo content from external sources and from the network can be freely positioned and scaled by simply using the wireless mouse and keyboard.
Barco's VR Workroom is now available as a standard stereoscopic front or rear projection display system, based on two Barco iCon H600 network-centric HDTV projectors, appropriate screens and mechanics:
- VRWF-3200: Front projection based VR Workroom display
- VRWR-3200: Rear projection based VR Workroom display
General features:
- Multi-windowing
Advanced multi-windowing allows showing multiple pictures in mono and stereo simultaneously on the large 16:9 screen. External video and computer-based content can be freely positioned and scaled to suit the user’s specific visualization needs. Frequently used content can even be saved on the hard disk of the projectors to be retrieved upon demand. The large screen is powered by two Barco iCon HDTV projectors (one for the left eye image and one for the right eye image) for utmost uniformity (no blend) and superior detail (HDTV 1920 x 1080 pixels).
- Ease and intuitive operation using Windows XP
Operation through the familiar Windows XP desktop interface enables users to control all content by simply using the wireless mouse and keyboard.
