High-fidelity Air Warfare Combat (HAWC)

High-fidelity Air Warfare Combat (HAWC)

Case study

Barco deployed a SEER mini-dome system for High-fidelity Air Warfare Combat (HAWC) training at SIMAF, Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. The small footprint system will be used to test and train various aircraft, perform high-altitude simulation, conduct human factors evaluation, and complete engineering studies. The Barco solution consists of a five-channel BarcoReality SIM 6 Ultra projection system, spherical dome, xRACU control system, and Laser Diode Alignment Tool (LDAT). Plans are to implemement Barco's AutoAlign solution.
