As one of the world's leading companies in nautical simulation, RDE was looking for a versatile, high-quality visualization system to form the core of their ANS 5000 professional ship bridge simulators. Barco quickly emerged as the most logical choice. Its proposed 12-projector setup could create a seamless 360° projection system with the required image quality for both day and night training scenarios, and offered a great technical flexibility. “Barco's high-quality projection system offers a much more realistic image than common projectors.
