Barco Control Rooms Introduces New Surveillance Solution at ASIS 2002
BARCO unveils iSurveillance for superior managed security monitoring for the Security and Surveillance Markets
Kennesaw, GA – September XX, 2002 – Barco Control Rooms announced today that it will unveil its new iSurveillance Managed Security Monitoring system at the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Seminar and Exhibit in Philadelphia, September 10 – 13, 2002. Barco’s iSurveillance solutions are designed to optimally facilitate a real time collaborative work experience for monitoring, response dispatching/co-ordination, access/flow control, recording and overall systems control for 24/7 operations in small and large or complex surveillance centers.
Barco offers a number of standard iSurveillance solutions (e.g. 50” and 67” modules) which accommodate smaller surveillance environments in both transport and security. Barco’s customized iSurveillance solutions are used for larger surveillance environments and take into account customer-specific ergonomic, architectural and application requirements. Barco’s iSurveillance is regarded as the ideal solution as it provides considerable savings in space, weight and power consumption, and offers high display quality and flexibility.
Barco’s iSurveillance solutions have recently been installed in some of the busiest surveillance centers worldwide, such as National Car Parks Ltd. and Wigan Council’s City Center Surveillance in the United Kingdom, Schiphol Airport (Luggage handling), Brussels Region (Tunnel safety), IBM - Italian Police, Oslo Police, Usinor in France, etc.
