BARCO Introduces Highest Resolution Projection Table for the Immersive Display Systems Market
BARCO introduces the 908 Motorized Baron at Siggraph 2001
Xenia, OH - SIGGRAPH 2001 – August 13, 2001 – BARCO Simulation Products, a division of BARCO Projection Systems, has introduced the new BarcoReality 908 Motorized Baron projection table for the Virtual Reality market. The unit is scheduled to be unveiled at the Siggraph 2001 trade show in Los Angeles, August 13 – 16. The 908 Motorized Baron is a new generation of high-perfromance projection table technology based on the successful Barco Baron.
Other Barco equipment to be presented at Siggraph 2001 include new high-performance MICA (Mini CADWall), the Curved Rear-projection BR Center with Passive Stereo, the transportable BR Center, and the new Barco Galaxy with Stereo DLP™-based projector. Barco is located in booth number 1035 at the Siggraph Trade Show.
