These can lead to the creation of the same number of shares.
Exercising warrants, options and convertible bonds results in the creation of the same number of shares leading to an equal number of voting rights.

In the event all warrants, options and convertible bonds outstanding on 31 March 2008 are exercised,
the fully diluted capital would amount to 57,324,427.04 euro, represented by 13,407,957 shares.
