Barco and Radio City Music Hall of New York
Kortrijk, Belgium, 4 May, 2006 – On 3 May, 2006, RCMH issued a press release announcing they are suing Barco for malfunctioning of an LED wall, supplied in December 2005, claiming that “Barco was unable or unwilling to resolve the issues.”
Barco firmly states that it has taken full responsibility as a professional supplier and has offered the customer a full and final technical solution.The matter is now being referred to Barco’s legal counsel for further advice and appropriate steps are being taken to counter the allegations by RCMH.
