As we approach the date of a major trade show, things can become quite hectic around the
office. It is during this time that many long hours are required to get projects ready. |
 "From my perspective, the atmosphere within Barco is one of open dialog in which ideas
and suggestions are openly and freely communicated. This helps to nurture the creative
process, which results in highly innovative products that serve the customer. I am constantly
surprised with the dedication many of the employees have to their job and to the customer.
This is repeatedly shown by doing whatever it takes to get the job done and making sure the
customer is satisfied with the results of our hard work. Fortunately, I can easily say that there
is a direct correlation between my excelling at my job and the responsibility and rewards
that followed with my different successes. Without question, I do feel that I am valued and
rewarded for my performance." |
