It is the choice of all these elements together that defines the result. At first I did the
optical design myself. Now my job has changed, and I primarily focus on guidance and
follow-up for our designers in Taiwan. Cooperation can be difficult at times, but is nevertheless
very enriching. Both parties learn in the process. Everything changes all the
time, including the projects you work on. In fact we hardly ever know in advance
what we are going to do one month later. It depends on how the market reacts to
the technology we have already made available." |
