Service levels are available after registration to the MediCal QAWeb Server
Remote support
Basic: the service provider can run remote actions.
Extended: remote calibration and other remote actions and tests can be initiated by yourself as well as the service provider.
Central hardware fleet management
Basic: enables you to browse through the facility and see where all assets are located. (Facility => department => location => workstation, display, graphic controller) Every asset contains a set of properties.
Extended: besides the general properties of every asset, you can also access a set of extended properties (e.g. for displays these are: firmware version, display lifetime, backlight lifetime, DPMS, internal temperature, power LED, uniform luminance, technology, stabilizer, user controls)
Quality Assurance by functional hardware and software checks
Basic: MediCal QAWeb initiates auto-calibration and transparent, intervention-free DICOM compliance tests. All test results are centrally gathered.
Extended: MediCal QAWeb initiates extra tests such as functional display tests and ambient light tests. If a test fails, the right person is notified and all test results are centrally stored into the QAWeb server, which is accessible from anywhere at any time.
