Peter Pan takes flight with 3D stage production

A high-tech stage production of J.K. Barrie's classic "Peter Pan" has brought Neverland to life for hundreds of theatre-goers around the world, most recently at the Threesixty Theater at Ferry Park in San Francisco, California.  The play features a spectacular 360-degree video projection onto the inside upper walls of a tent, with images moving behind the suspended actors to create the illusion of flight through Edwardian England.

Barco boosts productivity at Vattenfall Europe Mining

How many companies can claim they have a railway of their own, complete with a fleet of rolling stock? Vattenfall Europe Mining, part of the large Vattenfall Electricity Group, can. The company is the proud owner of a 380km-long rail network, which was built to transport lignite to its power plants. To monitor their rail transport activities, the company relies on a Barco overview video wall.

Chanel Soho's grafitti wall highlights Fall Fashion Week

Global fashion retailer Chanel celebrated the re-opening of its newly renovated Soho, New York boutique in concert with the City's annual "Fall Fashion Week." The centerpiece of the event was an interactive "Graffiti Wall," a 23' wide expanse of video projection screen onto which guests sprayed colorful digital video graffiti from Chanel-branded cans.

360° of airborne reality

Barco recently unveiled its brand-new dome system for flight training and simulation.
