Barco’s broadcast monitoring software has a networked architecture, which enables operators to monitor their broadcast processes and visualize video content in real-time from anywhere in the facility. In the NBMS environment, operator workstations function as personal displays. This way, broadcast monitoring can be performed in the everyday office environment.

Thanks to the distributed architecture, the BMS software allows operators to only configure their sources once for the entire network. Additionally, all related source information, such as audio or VBI data, is immediately available during configuration.
