Barco helps HOCHBAHN to keep Hamburg moving

Every day, over one million passengers travel through the city of Hamburg, Germany, via the city's 100.7 km-long underground rail network and 113 bus routes. HOCHBAHN, the operator of the underground and bus system, is committed to helping them move as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible.

HOCHBAHN's new operations control center, which centralizes the management of metro and bus traffic as well as its security services, greatly supports the company in further enhancing its customer services. Designed with an eye to optimal operator comfort and ergonomics, it is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including no less than six Barco display walls. The Barco solution provides operators with a clear, comprehensive overview of the city's public transport, to keep the city moving.
