The Premium Care Contract is Barco‘s most comprehensive
service plan. A fixed fee covers all
your support needs. This includes
Priority Care, all consumables,
e-Maintenance, as well as all costs
for labor, travel expenses, spare
parts, transportation, etc.
The e-Maintenance service
provides a thorough performance
assessment and precise analysis of
your installation: display wall,
controller, operating system. It is
a fast, convenient, and cost-effective
way to pro-actively
detect performance deterioration
or a system failure, and to provide
a clear analysis of problems.
Thus, e-Maintenance contributes
considerably to the reliability and
uptime of your system.
The Premium Care Contract perfectly enables you to budget in
advance the cost for support and
maintenance. It is the sure way to
maximize your uptime and
productivity.
The contract can be supplemented
with a series of additional services at
special conditions.
These services will further enhance
the profitability of your investment,
and can be added to the contract
anytime.

- Unlimited telephone or e-mail support by experienced engineers for all hardware and software related issues.
- Corrective actions initiated within 4 hours and communicated via telephone or e-mail.
- Guaranteed on-site intervention when required.
- All necessary spare parts and consumables shipped overnight.
- Free software updates including updated documentation.
- Two preventive maintenance visits per year.
- All labor costs, travel and lodging expenses, freights and costs for repairs included.
- Reduction of 25% for all additional services outside the Priority Care Contract.
