Additional services and contract extensions

Besides its three basic service programs, Barco offers for your control room solutions a broad range of additional services and contract extensions to maximize your uptime and productivity. Customers covered by one of Barco Control Rooms’ basic service programs will enjoy reduced rates for most of the additional services. Either they are covered by the current service contract, or they can simply be ordered as an option when required.

Lamp Leasing
Since customers usually need clearly calculable costs-of-ownership, Barco Control Rooms is offering Lamp Leasing. Lamp Leasing is available for all of Barco Control Rooms' poly-Silicon LCD and DLP projectors. Once the customer signs a Lamp Leasing contract, he'll receive a sufficient stock of lamps, and free replacement lamps during the contract period, whenever a lamp fails.

Training and Consultancy
Barco Control Rooms’ training courses teach your operators how to use all the functions of their system and take place on-site. The training focuses on how to use the system most efficiently within your workflow. It shows your operators when and how to use what function for the highest productivity.

High-Priority on-site intervention
This service may be very important for customers operating in a mission critical environment or where maximum uptime must be guaranteed. Extending the standard response time of 3 business days to 1 or 2 business days is a sure safeguard for production continuity.

Extended warranty coverage
Standard warranty periods can be extended if required. This brings all the advantages of a long-term partnership, and enables us to meet your most specific requirements. Extended warranty coverage also makes it easier for you to plan budgets, due to fixed maintenance rates for the covered period, and it provides better conditions for additional services.
