  • Pre-sales consultancy
    Barco helps you find the best suitable solution combining existing with new functionality while keeping in mind future requirements and growth
  • Preparation and set-up
    Barco guides you through the preparation and takes care of the set-up of your VTS
  • Training
    Barco provides comprehensive training to assure effective use of your VTS from the first day of operation
  • Warranty
    Barco provides a 12 month warranty after the site acceptance test. Within this period, spare parts or substituted equipment, required for warranty works, will be provided free of charge.
  • Maintenance & Support
    Barco optionally provides a central check-in point (helpdesk) to accept customer problem reports. Barco offers the following means of helpdesk to solve the problem in the most effective way:

    • Telephone assistance
    • Remote access
    • On-site

    Depending on your requirements we offer different contract terms with adequate guaranteed reaction times.

Barco is member of International Harbor Masters' Association (IHMA), International Association of Maritime Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), and German Institute of Navigation (DGON). Our VTS solutions comply with IMO, ISPS and IALA requirements.
