About Barco Belgium
Barco designs technology to enable bright outcomes all around the world, but our headquarters still lies in Belgium where our story began as a small radio company in the 1930s. Today we have a team of 1.250 employees working in our Belgian offices spread over three locations.

The Barco One Campus in Kortrijk is a fine example of modern architecture that underscores the innovative and international nature of our company. This exceptional work environment was designed in 2013 by the renowned Belgian architectures John Eyers and Pierre Lallemand.
The campus currently consists of five buildings, covering a total surface of 58.000m², which are all connected and have the same look and feel to induce a feeling of togetherness and, consequently, foster collaboration between colleagues and business partners.
The Circle
- home to the esteemed Barco Experience Center, including four demo pods and a 170-seat auditorium/movie theatre
- offers different office spaces, a dedicated meeting deck fully equipped with the most advanced technologies, and a training center (Barco University)
- hosts a company restaurant and a coffee bar where employees can catch-up in a more informal and open environment
- won Best Office Development at the International Property Awards 2016
The Engine
- accommodates all manufacturing & repair activities, and is specifically designed to facilitate operational excellence
The Pulse

Sustainability
At Barco, we have a big heart for people and we support our local community in any way we can. Each year we’re organizing the Barco Play Day and open our doors to about 150 underprivileged children from the region to give them a unforgettable day filled with fun activities.
At the same time, we also care about the environment. We believe in growing our company while also safeguarding the future of our planet. An ambition which is translated in our sustainable development goals which aims to significantly lower our own environmental footprint and that of our customer by 2020. Read more about these targets in our sustainability report.
With the built of our new One Campus, sustainability was high on the priority list! Toilets run on recycled water, light sensors are installed in the offices, and the coffee machines only offer re-usable cups. In order to lower emissions, we have scrutinized the product and material flows in our warehouse and redesigned the lay-out to keep internal transport to a minimum. And with an optimized mobility plan, employees are stimulated to rethink their means of transport to come to work.
Careers
Barco One Campus is indeed a convivial environment that warmly welcomes almost 1,200 visitors every month - (potential) customers, business partners and suppliers. But it’s also an enjoyable, inspiring and flexible work space where Barco employees feel at home and where applicants would be delighted to work. Check out our vacant positions.
