Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 2 June 2025 till 6 June 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 3,313,987 shares for a total amount of 40,930,550 euros. This corresponds to 68.22% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 7,628,730 treasury shares.
