Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 31 March 2025 till 04 April 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 804,851 shares for a total amount of 9,885,269 euros. This corresponds to 16.48% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 5,119,594 treaury shares.
