Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 28 April 2025 till 2 May 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 1,886,401 shares for a total amount of 22,621,857 euros. This corresponds to 37.70% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 6,201,144 treasury shares.
