Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 5 May 2025 till 9 May 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 2,202,136 shares for a total amount of 26,472,973 euros. This corresponds to 44.12% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 6,516,879 treasury shares.
