Issue:
When using a ClickShare Conference device on firmware version 2.5.0 in combination with a Shure P300 device, we have discovered that the P300 is not properly recognized by the ClickShare device.
This results in the Button and web interface showing that there is no peripheral attached, meaning the P300 cannot be used by the PC.
The ClickShare Base Unit firmware cannot be downgraded due to security issues.
Solution:
This issue has been resolved in firmware version 2.5.1.2. Upgrade your ClickShare Conference Base Unit with this version or higher.
