A known issue was discovered where the Clickshare Desktop App will ask the user to switch the Wi-Fi network when the user tries to connect to the ClickShare Base Unit (Wireless Client mode enabled) via PresentSense.
This issue is resolved in ClickShare Conference firmware version 2.12, upgrade your Base Unit to this version or the latest available version.
