Important:
Using a B lens on a C chip results in a different throw ratio. Please verify suitability for your installation.
Terms & Conditions
Geographic Scope: This is a Global promotion, available to Barco partners worldwide.
Eligibility: Promotion is valid exclusively for Barco Channel Partners in good standing for verified SONY replacement projects only.
Key Dates:
- Order Period: April 13, 2026 – September 30, 2026.
- Delivery/Invoice Deadline: All units must be fully delivered and invoiced on or before December 31, 2026.
Verification Requirements: SONY replacement must be proven by the partner by sharing:
- Replacement site details (Venue name, address, and auditorium).
- Serial number of the replaced SONY projector.
- Photo evidence of the site before the replacement.
Validation: Final eligibility must be validated and approved by the respective Barco Account Manager.
Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional pricing, project protection, or additional discounts. It applies strictly to the configurations listed on this page and cannot be extended to other products.
Lead Times: High Contrast lenses may have a lead time of approximately 3 months, depending on lens type and availability.
Performance Incentives: Topline revenue generated through this promotion will count toward annual partner performance incentives and will be handled administratively at year-end by the account manager.
