Its 2,000-strong R&D team investigates ways to optimize the Group's operating performance and lay a solid groundwork for the future.
Working closely with industrial groups, laboratories and scientific teams, EDF R&D has recently proven that high-performance simulation provides extremely valuable support to scientific research. Barco designed and implemented a collaborative, 24 million pixel MegaCADWall at the EDF labs at Clamart, France, that brings all the research data to life.
