Life-long support
“Years after the installation, we still provide support services, such as technical assistance, maintenance or even expert advice. Quite recently, several existing customers like JSC International decided on an upgrade. So we replaced the lamp-lit cubes in the 48m² curved rear-projection wall by Barco’s LED-lit OVL cubes, which help save energy, have a longer wear life, are easier to maintain, etc.,” Hythem Al-Kabbany continues. The same OVL cubes installed at JCS International’s studio are also used in the studios of Al-Kass Channel (9x3 and 6x3 70” cubes). In addition, we found impressive Barco video walls at the JSC (Sport) studios (3), Jazeera Arabic, Qatar TV (2) and Al-Rayyan – all set up to serve as an eye-catching backdrop for the news-, sports- or other TV shows.
